74AHC05S14-13 Overview


Due to its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, the part is convenient for international shipping. The advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) provides high reliability. It works based on the Inverter logic principle. A voltage of 2V~5.5V is required for the part to function properly. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~125°C TA. A Surface Mount mount is used for this part. Current output is - 8mA in both the high and low states. It comes from the 74AHC series. A total of 14 terminations have been recorded. It has 6 functions that enhance user experience significantly. In AHC/VHC/H/U/V, this chip plays an important role. It is injected into the part body with 14 pins. Many applications require the use of this logic device with its Surface Mount mounting. For functions related to 14 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Parts in quiescent state carry 20μA current. There is a standard Gates logic device here. A 6 circuit is present in this device. A load capacitance of 50pF is provided by the part. In order for the device to work, a minimum voltage of 2V is required. 5.5V is the maximum supply voltage (Vsup). The industry TAPE AND REEL method is included.
