74AUP1G57DW-7 Overview


Packet 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package included in this package as well. The Surface Mount version is also available. There is full functionality in the Single-Ended output of this device. The communication type used by this application is Configurable Multiple Function logic. A higher operating temperature at -40°C~125°C can be achieved. The inputs are all 3-based. This is a part of the 74AUP series of products. The power supply that powers the device is a 0.8V~3.6V power supply. Designed as a Surface Mount device, it is easy to install and disassemble. Powered by 1-basic circuitry, it has a low power consumption. In this part, the device package is provided by SOT-363 supplier. Ambient with a temperature lower than -40°C is not suitable for this device. With the aim of enhancing reliability, this part is capable of operating at a temperature of 125°C.
