74AXP1T57GXX Overview


8-XFDFN Exposed Pad package. In this package, we have included the Tape & Reel (TR) package as well. There is a version in Surface Mount available. It is equipped with a full-functioning Single-Ended output. It uses the Configurable Multiple Function logic communication type. At -40°C~85°C, we have extended the operating temperature. A 3 input is included in it. It is part of 74AXP series. 0.7V~2.75V 1.2V~5.5V power supply is used to operate it. Parts with 8 terminations are included in the package. For this part, a normal voltage is 1.2V. Circuits with 1-basis are used in the design. This is a AXP product. Keeping the voltage at or below 2.75V will protect the device. Starting up this device requires 0.7V or higher voltage.
