AD8224BCPZ-R7 Overview


The linear amplifier is packaged in a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad, CSP case which makes it easy for the consumer to handle. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the Instrumentation-type. As far as the packaging is concerned, buffer op amp is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. The number of terminations approaches 16. The pins on this board total to 16 in total. I would like to remind you that this buffer op amp should be powered by an 15V battery. An 16-pin op amp ic is included in the package. Op amp rates 300μV as input offset voltage. It is recommended that this electronic component be mounted using the Surface Mount mounting type. With regard to operating temperature, op amp ranges -40°C~85°C. In order for this instrumentation amplifier to operate, the supply current needs to be between 750μA and 10 . The voltage gain should stay at 60dB.
