There are 4 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260.
