With a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. Voltages 4.5V~13.2V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~85°C TA. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 300kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Enable, Phase Control which allows efficient switching control. The maximum duty cycle of this voltage regulator dc to dc is set to 82 % to ensure reliability during power-up and power-down. Ideally, dc regulator should be kept at a temperature of -40°C or higher. There should be 85°C temperature above 85°C degrees Celsius when dc regulator runs. A 8-SO-EP would be the supplier dc dc controller package for this part. Switching with 1 phases is the property of this controller.
