ATTINY13A-MMUR Overview


For the purpose of saving space, it is available in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. The way of Surface Mount is used to mount it. It comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) package. The device runs in AVR core processor. Working at -40°C~85°C TA temperature is recommended. The type of memory in which this program is stored is FLASH. There are 6 I/Os on the board. It has a part number of ATTINY13A that can be used to locate similar components. The terminals are positioned at QUAD. It consists of 10 terminationals. This electrical component is part of the AVR?
