CD4078BNSR Overview


Package 14-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width). The Cut Tape (CT) package contains the following files. As well as the Surface Mount version, it is available. Single-Ended output is fully functional. Communication is handled by NOR/OR Gate logic. The operating temperature at -55°C~125°C has been extended. The inputs are all 8-based.
