With a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 4.5V~14V. A 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 150kHz~750kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. The dcdc regulator features Frequency Control for efficient switching control. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at DUAL . A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 14 terminations. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. It is recommended that the input voltage of the dc dc voltage regulator be 4.5V.
