Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package includes this clock generator. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 8 terminations within RF synthesizer. The supply voltage of 2.5V allows for high efficiency. In this case, LVCMOS, LVTTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator.
