DG309BDY-E3 Overview


This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 1:1. An extended operating temperature of -40°C~85°C TA degrees Celsius. Total terminations are 16. A 1 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. In the case of a voltage supply of 15V volts, the electrical part can be powered up and run. This electrical component is included in the 16 series of products. Multiplexers built on a SPST - NC switching circuit are built. DG309 can be used to search for analog multiplexer variants. This digital multiplexer has 160Ohm internal resistance. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. The analogue multiplexer in this example is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. An abnormal situation would be for the switch device to be supplied with a voltage greater than 44V. Dual, Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. A low voltage of 4V should be applied to the electronic component. It would be sufficient to run this analogue multiplexer with 1μA current. It may damage the digital multiplexer if the voltage is higher than 1μA. For this switch, a dual supply voltage is feasible, but it must not exceed 22VThe voltage should be at least 4V if you are using dual power supplies. As far as the outputs go, this switch multiplexer utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT of them. A voltage of 22V can be used to operate the electronic component. There are 4 inputs to be operated.
