DG409DJ Overview


Packed in DIP, the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Bulk is used. Total terminations are 16. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 4 channels. When a voltage supply of 15V is used, the electronic component should be turned on and run. An electrical component of this type can be found in the 16 series. A 100Ohm internal resistance characterizes this multiplexer. For details about the functions of 16 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Analog switch ics with Dual, Single supply type are cost-effective. 200μA current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. Temperatures over 85°C should not be allowed for the multiplexer to operate. A Drain to Source resistance of 40Ohm is shown for this electronic part. It requires a minimum voltage of 5V to supply the switch device.
