DG442DYZ Overview

Users should never supply a voltage higher than 40V to a switch device. A cost-effective Dual, Single supply type analogue multiplexer. There should be 5V voltage fed to the electrical part below 5V. The analogue multiplexer could operate on 15μA current. Putting voltage greater than 100μA on the multiplexer may cause damage. There is no problem with using dual supply voltage, but it should not exceed 20V. For dual power supplies, a voltage of at least 5V should be attached. The outputs of this digital multiplexer are SEPARATE OUTPUT in number. Temperatures over 85°C should not be allowed for the multiplexer to operate. There is 50mOhm Drain to Source resistance on this electronic part. It can conduct in a 4-bit manner.
