DG508BEN-T1-GE4 Overview


The electrical component comes in 16-WFQFN packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 8:1. An extended operating temperature of -40°C~125°C TA degrees Celsius. 16 terminations have been made so far. The electronic part delivers high-quality output through its 8 channels. If the voltage supply is 15V volts, the electrical component should be turned on and run. An injection of 16 pins is performed into the body of the electrical component. The multiplexer consists of 1 circuits. In this multiplexer, the internal resistance is 380Ohm. For details about the functions of 16 pins, please refer to the datasheets. It is a typical Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer. Users should never supply a voltage higher than 20V to a switch device. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 5V. Despite this switch's dual supply capability, its voltage should not exceed 20V. It is recommended that you attach at least 5V to your dual power supply. Operating voltages of 12V are compatible with the electrical part.
