There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 780-BBGA, FCBGA package and X package. Fpga chips consists of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY elements. The I/Os are designed to facilitate a more coherent transfer of data. The basic building blocks of logic contain 32470 logic elements/cells. In order to operate fpga chips, a voltage supply of 1.5V volts is required. Part of the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. With a supply voltage of 1.425V~1.575V, this device operates with ease. The FPGA belongs to the Stratix? series of FPGAs, and it is one type of FPGA. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of 0°C~85°C TJ. In this device, 726 outputs are incorporated in order to provide you with maximum flexibility. This FPGA model is contained in Tray for space saving. 780 terminations are present in total.
