As part of the FBGA package, it is included. Fpga chips consists of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY elements. A fundamental building block consists of 29440 logic elements/cells. Fpga chips is powered from a supply voltage of 1.2V. There is a Field Programmable Gate Arrays family component in this FPGA part. In this device, there are 150 outputs that can be used. Total terminations are 324. This FPGA module has a RAM si135kBe of 135kB that is sufficient to make sure that the program is able to run normally. In order to make it work, 324 pins have been designed. In the case of 1.2V supply voltage, designers can take full advantage of its flexibility. It is powered by a 1.21.2/3.32.5V battery, which can be purchased separately. This module is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 100°C. Over -40°C should be the operating temperature. Featuring 324 pins in total, it is a versatile device. The basic building block of the system is composed of 1840 logic blocks (LABs).
