EPC1LC20N Overview


A PLCC package is provided with this component. 3.3V volts power it. A OTP ROMs-series FPGA part. Fpga chips is designed wFpga chipsh 20 terminations. In this case, 20 pins are used in the design. According to its specifications, this FPGA will be able to work fantastically as long as it is mounted in Surface Mount. A 5V-volt supply allows designers to fully utilize its flexibility. The maximal operating temperature of this module reaches 70°C. Operating temperatures should exceed 0°C. Featuring 20 pins in total, it is a versatile device. For storing programs and data, this FPGA module embeds memory 128kB. To achieve high efficiency, it runs at a frequency of 16.7MHz. Fpga semiconductor supports the maximal supply voltage of 5.25V. With a minimum supply voltage of 3V, it is able to function. In this case, the maximum speed of the FPGA is approximately 8MHz. For its operation, 50μA is used as the supply current. The IT CAN ALSO OPERATE AT 5V SUPPLY feature also characterizes fpga circuit. Using EPROM, FLASH, OTP memory, resources can be avoided conflicts and data can be stored efficiently.
