EPC1PI8 Overview


An interesting 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is used.External packaging of type Tube.As a qualified employee, I can operate within -40°C~85°C.This device can be programmed using OTP.With a voltage of 3V~3.6V 4.5V~5.5V, it is powered.There is a memory device mounted in Through Hole position for this device.The size of data storage is limited to 1Mb.For other related parts, search "EPC1".The supply voltage of the device must be 3.3V in order to operate correctly.A termination with different functions in the 8 axis.This memory device can be used with a maximum voltage of 3.6V.If the device needs to be supplied with power, then a minimum voltage of 3V is required.An example of a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip can be seen in the picture below.The reflow soldering process should be done at a temperature no higher than NOT SPECIFIED.Through SERIAL-processing, data is transmitted from this memory to the CPU.The memory chip operates at a voltage of no more than 0.05mA.Taking the speed of the IC into consideration, this is a memory IC that can work at a frequency of 10MHz.The memory's I/O is configured as COMMON.Memory is recommended that a 5V power supply be used.To better meet the needs of customers, IT CAN ALSO OPERATE AT 5V SUPPLY has been added.This is one of the devices that are part of the EPC series.
