FAN6100HMMPX Overview
There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for it. As a space-saving measure, it is included in the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. Amounting it according to Surface Mount is done. The temperature should always be kept at -40°C~125°C when the system is operating. For Secondary-Side Controller, it is an excellent choice due to its exceptional performance. High efficiency can be achieved thanks to the 3.12V~6V supply voltage. The device is powered by an analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER. At 260, the reflow temperature peaks. For powering this DC DC switching regulator, a supply current of 2.4mA is used. It is mounted according to the method of Surface Mount. The input voltage of Up to 16V is provided.
