For packaging, it is used with Tape & Reel (TR).As a cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in the TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package.Bridge driver is possible to ensure improved reliabilbridge drivery by varying the supply voltage of 7V~18V.In the way of Surface Mount, H bridge circuit is mounted.Motor driver H bridge is possible for -40°C~150°C TJ to operate normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.DC Motors, General Purpose is pretty useful in a variety of applications.H gate is mounted on the PCB using Surface Mount.Latch Function, Slew Rate Controlled, Status Flag is one of full bridges specific characteristics.This H bridge ic has a base H bridge ic number of FAN7093 which allows more related H bridge ics to be identified.The maximum load current that power supply can provide at a specified ambient temperature reaches 88A.
