Tape & Reel (TR) is how it's packaged.It is included in the package 6-VDFN Exposed Pad.The lighting driver is mounted in the Surface Mount position.The switch type is General Purpose.In order to guarantee reliable performance, the temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C TA.In this LED driver, there are no outputs available.A voltage of Not Required is used to power it.Voltage output is P-Channel volts at maximum.It is equipped with Load Discharge, Status Flag features.It contains 6 terminations.There are 1 functions of the LED driver.From the lighting driver, there is a maximum output of 250mAV.As long as the supply voltage is 3.3V, high efficiency can be achieved.6 pins are connected to it in total.The Vsup value (maximum supply voltage) is set to 5.5V.
