HI3-0547-5Z Overview


The electrical component comes in CDIP packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Bulk. In total, 28 terminations have occurred. A 2 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 15V voltage supply. There is 1.8kOhm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. For functions related to 28 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Users shouldn't supply more than 18V voltage to the switch device. Dual supply type digital switch with a low cost. The switch device would be able to operate with 500μA current. There's no problem with dual supply voltage for this switch device. However, it shouldn't exceed 18V. With dual power supplies, you should attach at least 5V. A voltage of 15V can be used to operate the electronic component. Don't forget the additional features of this electronic part, such as: OVERVOLTAGE PROTECTION. Temperatures above 75°C should not be used to operate the switches.
