HI4P0509-5Z Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in PLCC. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Bulk. Totally, there are 20 terminations. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 1 channels. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 15V voltage supply. Electronic part bodies are injected with 20 pins. A 2 circuit is present in this switch device. In this multiplexer, the internal resistance is 400Ohm. Datasheets for functions of 20 pins are available. It is generally not recommended to supply a voltage higher than 25V to the switch device in normal circumstances. Analog switch ics with Dual supply type are cost-effective. This digital switch can be operated with a current of 1.5mA. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 22V. If you are using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 10V. There is a voltage range of 15V operating voltages for the electrical part. It is not recommended to operate the switches in an environment with a temperature higher than 75°C.
