There is a 81-VFBGA package that includes this component. FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY is the component of this type of FPGA. Its 63 I/Os help it transfer data more efficiently. The basic building blocks of logic contain 3520 logic elements/cells. Fpga chips is powered from a supply voltage of 1.2V. Using a Surface Mount connector, you can mount this FPGA module on the development board. In order for it to operate, the supply voltage must be 1.14V~1.26V . The FPGA belongs to the iCE40? LP series of FPGAs, and it is one type of FPGA. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -40°C~100°C TJ when operating. Using the Tape & Reel (TR) layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space. In total, there are a total of 81 terminations on fpga chips. Fpga chips is important to note that this device has a RAM capacFpga chipsy of 81920 bFpga chipss. For the program to work properly, the RAM si10kBe of this FPGA module must reach 10kB GB in order to ensure normal operation. In order to make it work, 81 pins have been designed. 440 LABs and CLBs are built into this FPGA. Its flexibility is fully utilized when operated with a supply voltage of 1.2V. 440 CLBs are basic modules used for its architecture.
