IR3538AMSM01TRP Overview


It comes in a 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 8. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. There are PWM dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. A 3.3V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Workable in an dc switcher where -20°C~85°C TA is the -20°C~85°C TArm. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 200kHz~1.2MHz. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Enable, Power Good which allows efficient switching control.
