ISL43840IR Overview


This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Bulk. There are 20 terminations totally. A high-quality output is provided by the electrical component's 4 channels. With a 5V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. Electronic part bodies are injected with 20 pins. In this multiplexer, the internal resistance is 45Ohm. Please refer to the datasheets for 20 pins functions. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. A cost-effective Dual, Single supply type analogue multiplexer. The switch device would be able to operate with 1μA current. It is integrated with a SINGLE-ENDED MULTIPLEXER analog IC. In an environment with a temperature higher than 85°C, the digital switches should not operate. This digital multiplexer requires 2V voltage as a minimum supply voltage.
