Packed in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tube. Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. 4:1 is the ratio of multiplexer to demultiplexer circuits. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. In total, 16 terminations have occurred.
