It is recommended to use 1.8V as the lowest voltage for the electrical part. An operating current of 20nA would be sufficient for this switch device. If put voltage greater than 100nA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs are utilized by this digital multiplexer. Temperatures above 85°C should not be used to operate the switches.
