ISL6316CRZ-T Overview


With a 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 4 input. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. The program can handle PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. Worked in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher before. The switching controller can be switched at 80kHz~1MHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at QUAD. The 40 terminations can be used for a wide range of dc switching. This dc dc converter ic uses a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's input voltageis 5V volts. The dc to dc regulator is limited to 5.25V input voltage.
