ISL6401CRZ-T Overview


Capsuled in the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. 4.5V~5.5V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. It can switch at 50kHz~500kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable, Frequency Control. SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC connects the switch converters. There are a QUAD terminal on the switching converters. A variety of terminations with 16 of dc switching. To name a few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt, it includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. 5V nominal DC switcher's voltage input.
