ISL6420AIRZ-TK Overview

With a 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. The pmic is packaged in Cut Tape (CT) solid enclosure. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 5.6V~28V. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~85°C TA. The switching controller can be switched at 100kHz~1.4MHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at QUAD. 20 terminations with a variety of function.
