ISL6440IAZ Overview


With its 24-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 2 input. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. A 5.6V~24V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. A DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. Searching "ISL6440" will return other relevant dc to dc converter ics. As determined by the test statistics, the output voltage of DC regulator is 24V. You should note down the dc dc regulator's usual output current of 10A when you start a project. A frequency of 300kHz is set for the switching controller. A nominal working status is achieved when the input voltage is set to 24V.
