ISL6445IAZ-TK Overview

In the 24-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. dc motor controller is suitable for 2 output generation. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 5.6V~24V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. It can switch at 1.4MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. Connected to a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. 24 terminations with various dc switching's functions. These dc dc converter ics adapt several control methods, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. A DC switcher's nominal voltage of 12V is input. The minimum input voltage of the dc dc voltage regulator should be 5.6V. 0.4A is the greatest value switching converter outputs as current.
