ISL6551IR Overview


It comes in a 28-VQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. A 10.8V~13.2V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Worked in an dc switcher with a 0°C~85°C TA rating. Switching can be done at 50kHz~500kHz with this switching controller. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Dead Time Control, Enable, Soft Start for efficient switching control. The switch converters are connected to a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at QUAD . Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 28 terminations. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts. 12V nominal DC switcher's voltage input.
