ISL6551IR-T Overview


The switching controller fits in the 28-VQFN Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 10.8V~13.2V volts and has 10.8V~13.2V supply voltage. Workable in an dc switcher where 0°C~85°C TA is the 0°C~85°C TArm. With this switching controller, you can switch at 50kHz~500kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Current Limit, Dead Time Control, Enable, Soft Start. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at QUAD . An array of 28 terminations of dc switching. These dc dc converter ics adapt several control methods, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The DC switcher's nominal voltage is 12V.
