ISL6552CBZ Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. For outputs of 4, this dc motor controller is suitable. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 4.75V~5.25V volts and has 4.75V~5.25V supply voltage. Worked in an dc switcher with a 0°C~70°C TA rating. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 50kHz~1.5MHz.
