ISL8009AIRZ-T7A Overview


As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. There is a switching frequency of 1.6MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 2.7V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.8V. As a result of the 1.5A output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. NOT SPECIFIED is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature.
