ISL84522IVZ Overview


Presented in TSSOP, this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Bulk. The total number of terminations is 16. This electronic part offers high-quality output due to its 1 channels. Powered by a 5V voltage supply, the electrical part should be switched on and run. In this multiplexer, the internal resistance is 100Ohm. The datasheets for the 16 pins explain the functions. Multiplexers should not be powered above 12V in normal situations. The digital multiplexer has a low cost Dual, Single supply. In order for the electronic part to function properly, the lowest voltage should be 2V. For this multiplexer to operate, 50nA current would be sufficient. Put voltage above 1μA on the multiplexer to cause damage. If put voltage greater than 6V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. The voltage should be at least 2V if you are using dual power supplies. The transfer of data can be performed over 400MHz bandwidths. Temperatures over 85°C should not be allowed for the multiplexer to operate. 4-bits are supported.
