ISL9443IRZ Overview


As a result of 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 3 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 4.5V~28V. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~85°C TA is the -40°C~85°C TArm. With this switching controller, you can switch at 600kHz~1.2MHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking. Its supplier dc dc controller package is 32-QFN (5x5).
