ISL9444CRZ-T Overview


It comes in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 3 outputs. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. A 4.5V~28V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. A 0°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz~1.2MHz position. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Fail, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking which allows efficient switching control. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position QUAD . A variety of terminations with 40 of dc switching.
