ISL9444IRZ-T Overview


Capsuled in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. 3 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 4.5V~28V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz~1.2MHz position. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Fail, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs. Thare switching converters has a terminal (s) at QUAD . A variety of 40 terminations are available in dc switching. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's input voltageis set to 12V. ISL9444 can be searched for other relevant dc to dc converter ics.
