There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 132-LFBGA, CSPBGA package and X package. In this kind of FPGA, FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY is used. Having 86 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. A fundamental building block consists of 5000 logic elements/cells. Fpga chips is powered from a supply voltage of 1.2V.
