LM3705XCBP-308 Overview

There are 9 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. To assist you, this PMIC includes 9-VFBGA functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. IC management conducts in a 1.8V-voltage supply. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. It has a total of 9 pins that are attached to IC management. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TJ. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation.
