LM5122MH/NOPB Overview


Capsuled in the 20-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 4.5V~65V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~125°C TJ. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at Up to 1MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Frequency Control, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at DUAL. Various 20 terminations. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. There is a DC switcher's nominal voltage of 12V. Search for "LM5122" to find other relevant dc to dc converter ics. In total, switching converter has 20 pins. The supply current of the voltage controller is 4mA. voltage controllers with a minimum voltage output of 3V cannot operate.
