There is a 16-WFDFN Exposed Pad case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. There are two types of operational amplifiers in this circuit. The op amp is delivered to you in a Tube case. A total of 16 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks. In this case, there are 16 pins on the board.
