The switching controller fits in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 3.5V~30V volts and has 3.5V~30V supply voltage. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with 0°C~70°C TA. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at Up to 400kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Soft Start.
