Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 5 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. There is a switching frequency of 1MHz for this voltage regulator 12v.
