Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~85°C TA. Switching can be done at 250kHz~1MHz with this switching controller. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters.
