LTC3897HFE Overview


Capsuled in the 38-TFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 2 input. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sA 4.5V~65V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. A -40°C~150°C TJ dc switcher is not a problem. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 75kHz~850kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Current Limit, Frequency Control, Overcurrent, Ramping which allows efficient switching control.
