MAX4630ESD Overview


The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. In the multiplexer and demultiplexer, 1:1 represents the number of circuits. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA. 14 terminations have been made so far. The electronic part provides high-quality output because it has 1 channels. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 3V voltage supply. The electrical component body receives 14 pins. The analog switch ics are built using SPST - NC switching circuits. A total of 4 circuits make up this switch device. A voltage of 2V~12V is required to drain this analog switch from a single voltage supply.
